Product Specifications
Water does not swell an SPC core, and that is what Burmese Teak (00604) is built on, so a basement, a condo or a room above a garage is fair use for it. Shaw includes it in Floorté Pro at 4.4 mm thick, 7 inches wide and 48 inches long, with square edges and a factory-attached EVA pad in place of underlay. The surface carries an ArmourBead finish over a 6 mil wear layer, which suits ordinary residential wear rather than a busy commercial entry. It is a floating floor, approved on every grade, and a carton covers 27.73 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Burmese Teak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
