Linen 91125 By Shaw Floors

Linen (91125) gives an installer options. The same 12 by 24 inch tile can be floated, held with perimeter glue, or set in full direct adhesive, so an awkward room or an uneven existing floor does not dictate the whole job. Construction is residential resilient LVT in a loose lay format at 5 mm thick, and the floor is approved above, on and below grade. A 20 mil wear layer takes the daily traffic and the edges are micro bevelled. Cartons cover 24 sq ft each. Where we glue, we make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat first. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Linen across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
