Calacatta Serra Everlife Trecento By MSI

If you want the look of white marble without the upkeep of stone, Calacatta Serra is MSI's answer in the Everlife Trecento collection. The tile is vinyl over a rigid core, 5 mm thick, in a cool white, and it ships as 12 by 24 inch pieces with standard bevelled edges. Its 12 mil wear layer takes the everyday traffic that dulls polished stone, and the 1 mm IXPE backing works as the engineered acoustic pad, so the floor is quieter than tile set in mortar. It clicks into a floating floor, needs no acclimation time, and is approved over radiant heat when the instructions are followed. The warranty is lifetime limited residential plus 10 years limited light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Calacatta Serra across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
