Capetown Maple COREtec Pro Enhanced By COREtec Floors

Capetown Maple is graded V2, slight variation, so the boards stay close to one another in tone and the floor reads as calm rather than busy. It belongs to COREtec Pro Enhanced and is 5.2 mm thick, sized 9" x 73", with a solid polymer core carrying a 20 mil wear layer finished in UV acrylic. The attached cork backing means no extra underlay and a quieter step, which matters in condos and upstairs bedrooms. Painted bevels on the enhanced edge profile keep plank lines visible. Installation is approved above, on and below grade, floating or direct glue, and a carton covers 36.64 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Capetown Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
