Kitchens, basement family rooms and busy hallways are where Edinburgh Oak earns its keep, thanks to a 20 mil wear layer, a UV acrylic finish and approval for below grade as well as on and above. The plank is 5.0 mm thick and 7" x 48", built on a solid polymer core and graded V3, moderate variation, so the tone shifts board to board. Cork is attached underneath, so no separate underlay is needed. Enhanced painted bevels finish the edges. This COREtec Pro Enhanced floor can be floated or glued directly down, and one carton covers 28.84 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Edinburgh Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
