Product Specifications
Each carton of London Elm holds 36.64 sq ft of wide 9" x 73" planks, so a living room or long hallway covers quickly. This COREtec Pro Enhanced floor is 5.2 mm thick and uses a solid polymer core, a rigid build that does not flex underfoot. Cork is already attached underneath, which softens the hollow sound a floating floor can have and saves buying underlay. The wear surface pairs a 20 mil wear layer with a UV acrylic finish, and the edges carry an enhanced painted bevel. Above, on and below grade are all approved, and the boards either float or glue directly down. 22FLOORING supplies and installs London Elm across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
