Caramel Swirl Foundation 2520 By Twelve Oaks

Caramel Swirl is part of the Foundation collection by Twelve Oaks. Its dryback construction is meant for a full glue-down installation, which stops planks from shifting and gives a firm, quiet feel as you cross the room. With a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer, it is a practical pick for family rooms, playrooms and upstairs hallways. The boards are 7-3/8" wide, 48" long and 1/8" thick. Low colour variation keeps the shading consistent from plank to plank, and a micro V-bevelled edge adds a slight groove at each joint. Twelve Oaks asks that the room stay within 18–27 °C and hold relative humidity in the 35% to 55% band. There is 37.2 sq ft in each box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Caramel Swirl across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
