Roat Brew Foundation 2520 Twelve Oaks

Twelve Oaks rates Roat Brew for rooms held at 18 to 27 °C and relative humidity of 35% to 55%, the kind of steady conditions you find in a heated, lived-in home. This Foundation collection plank uses dryback construction and goes down with glue, so the subfloor must be flat and clean first. The 1/8" profile is slim, and each board is 7-3/8" wide and 48" long. Low colour variation means fewer boards stand out from the rest once the floor is laid. A micro V-bevelled edge outlines each plank, and a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer protects the surface in living rooms, bedrooms and dens. A box of Roat Brew covers 37.2 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Roat Brew across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
