Sand Motif Foundation 2520 By Twelve Oaks

Sand Motif has micro V-bevelled edges, a small groove along each side that gives the floor a clear plank-by-plank look without deep joints to catch dirt. It comes from the Twelve Oaks Foundation collection and is a dryback plank, meaning it is glued in place rather than floated. Each piece is 7-3/8" wide and 48" long, and the whole plank is 1/8" thick. A 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer gives it the durability for everyday rooms. Glue-down work starts with a flat subfloor, and we handle that prep as part of the job. The room should be kept at 65–80 °F with 35%–55% relative humidity. Each box yields 37.2 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sand Motif across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
