Ceppo Di Grè

Ceppo Di Grè is a full body porcelain tile from 1867 Floors. Full body means the colour and material run through the entire thickness of the tile, and because it is unglazed, there is no top coating that could wear away. If the surface gets chipped, it looks much the same underneath, which suits busy entrances, hallways and kitchens. The finish is matt, which keeps glare down and gives better grip than a shiny surface when floors are damp. Edges are rectified, squared off after firing, so tiles can be laid tight with thin grout lines. Porcelain is dense and absorbs very little water, a good trait in a bathroom or basement. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Ceppo Di Grè across Toronto and the GTA, with tile installation from $13.50 per square foot.
