Chai Latte Passport By Richmond Flooring

Chai Latte is a medium beige plank in Richmond Flooring's Passport range, made as a 2mm glue-down LVT with a low-gloss wood visual. A glued floor stays put, which is useful in small offices and shops, and Passport is rated for light commercial use as well as homes. The planks are waterproof, so wet boots at the front door or a drip under the sink will not harm them. On top sits a 0.30mm wear layer with a UV topcoat. Each carton contains 12 planks at 0.08” x 7.56” x 48.43” and covers 30.49 SF. Radiant heat is allowed when it is a water-based system. The warranty is 25 years residential and 5 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Chai Latte across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
