Milestone Passport By Richmond Flooring

Milestone, from the Passport line by Richmond Flooring, is a beige wood-look plank in a medium shade. Construction is LVT at just 2mm, and the waterproof planks make it a practical pick for a laundry room or condo kitchen. Each plank measures 7.56” x 48.43” with square edges and no bevel. Because it glues down, the subfloor has to be smooth and level first, and we prep it before laying the first row. A carton holds 12 pieces covering 30.49 SF. Milestone is rated for residential and light commercial use, backed by a 25 Year Residential warranty, and it can go over water-based radiant heat. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Milestone across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
