Chelsea is a 9 mm rigid core vinyl plank from NAF Floors@Work's 9mm NAF Aqua Platinum collection, with a 2.0 mm IXPE HUSSSH pad already attached. That pad means no separate underlay, and it helps with noise: the plank is rated IIC 80 and STC 78, useful in condos and upstairs rooms. The 20 mil wear layer and AC5 rating stand up to kids and pets, and the deep textured, painted and bevelled surface has a 5 to 6% gloss level. Chelsea floats with no nails, using a drop lock system, and can go on, above or below grade. It works over hydronic radiant heat up to 26°C.
