Contrast #2118

Contrast (2118) is a thin, glue-down vinyl plank in PermaLuxe's Varia range, a sensible choice where floor height matters, such as a renovation that meets existing tile or hardwood at a doorway. The whole plank is 3 mm. It has a dry back with no locking system and is fixed with adhesive over a smooth subfloor, which we prepare before the install. The wood design has a light emboss and a mat finish, and every edge gets a micro bevel. Under the UV-cured polyurethane and ceramic bead top there is a 0.55 mm wear layer rated for general commercial use. Each plank is 7.362″ by 48.307″, and a box weighs 41.84 lb. Formaldehyde is rated E1. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Contrast across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
