Crate is a wide engineered plank from Pravada Floors' Férme Chic line, measuring 7.5 in across and 1/2 in thick (12 x 190 mm). Its face is European white oak, cut as a 2 mm nominal sliced veneer, then smoked and wire brushed, over a 7–9 ply core with precision tongue and groove. Radiant heat is approved, which makes Crate an option for homes with heated floors. Installation can be staple, float or glue. Microbeveled edges, a UV lacquer finish and a matte 5–15% gloss round out the details.
