Davisville rates IIC 78 for impact sound and STC 73 for sound transmission, numbers that come from the 1.5 mm IXPE HUSSSH pad bonded to the underside of every plank. The board itself is 7 mm rigid core vinyl from NAF Floors@Work, 182 mm wide and 1524 mm long, with painted 4-sided bevels and a deep textured, low-gloss surface at 5 to 6%. The 0.5 mm wear layer and AC5 rating suit hallways, kitchens and family rooms. It is a floating install with no nails, approved on, above or below grade, and FloorScore certified.
