Duchy Estate American Walnut By Origins Flooring

Duchy Estate is an American Walnut floor from Origins Flooring, sold in 7½″ wide boards that are ¾″ thick and laid in random lengths. The boards are wirebrushed and finished in a matte gloss, so the texture shows while glare stays low. Edges carry a micro bevel, which softens the lines between planks. The boards join with tongue and groove and are installed by nail and glue, and the floor is rated for use on, above or below grade. Accessories are available by custom order. Each carton covers 19.45 sq. ft., which helps when you are working out how many boxes a living room or bedroom needs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Duchy Estate across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
