Emily Oak Origins XL By Origins Flooring

Emily is a wide plank European oak from Origins Flooring, part of the Origins XL range. Each board is ¾″ thick, 7½″ wide and comes in a random length somewhere between 20″ and 83″. Oak at this thickness takes knocks from chair legs and pet claws, and the light handscraped, wire brushed face with its matte finish keeps everyday wear from standing out. The planks join with a tongue and groove profile and are fastened using nails and glue, so a flat, dry subfloor matters more here than it would with a floating floor. Grade is not a limit: on, above or below all work.
