Maxine Oak Origins XL By Origins Flooring

Maxine is a European oak floor from Origins Flooring's Origins XL collection, milled 7½″ wide and ¾″ thick. Boards come in random lengths between 20″ and 83″, so the end joints scatter naturally instead of lining up in rows. The surface is lightly handscraped and wire brushed with a matte gloss level, a combination that hides dust and small scuffs better than a shiny finish does. Each board has a micro bevel edge and a tongue and groove profile, and it is fixed with nails and glue, so we check the subfloor for flatness and moisture first. It can go on, above or below grade. A carton holds 21.47 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Maxine across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
