Essence Planks Collection By Lucid Flooring

Essence is a matte American Oak plank from Lucid Flooring. A low sheen like this is practical in a home with pets or young kids, since scuffs and paw marks are far less obvious than they are on a glossy floor, and the wirebrushed texture works the same way. The boards run 7½” wide by ¾” thick in random lengths, edged with a micro bevel, joined tongue and groove and installed with nail and glue on, above or below grade. Coverage is 23.32 sq. ft. per carton. Any matching accessories are produced as a custom order, so tell us early if you need stair or transition pieces. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Essence across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
