Planks Collection

Lucid Flooring's plank collection is straight-laid American oak in two widths: 6½" boards in Calm, Enhance, Senses, Soothe and Tranquil, and 7½" boards in Bare, Essence, Nature, Pristine and Pure. Every board is ¾" thick and random length, so the joints fall naturally across the room.

A matte gloss over a wirebrushed texture keeps glare down and hides everyday scratches from pets and kids better than a shiny floor. Edges carry a micro bevel. The planks lock together with tongue and groove and go down with nails and glue instead of floating, which gives a solid feel underfoot with less hollow sound. Approval covers on, above or below grade, so a basement family room can match the main floor. A carton covers 20.25 sq ft of the narrower boards or 23.32 sq ft of the wider ones, and matching accessories are made to order.

22FLOORING supplies and installs the Lucid Flooring plank collection across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
