Herringbone Collection by Lucid Flooring
Lucid Flooring shapes this American oak for herringbone, the classic zigzag pattern, and offers it in two board widths. Tranquil, Soothe, Senses, Enhance and Calm are 5" wide, and Pure, Pristine, Nature, Essence and Bare are 6" wide. All ten are 3/4" thick, with a wirebrushed texture, a matte finish and micro-bevelled edges.
The boards join with tongue and groove and are installed with nails and glue, which keeps each piece tight in its angle. They are approved for on, above or below grade, so an entry, dining room or finished basement are all possible. Herringbone involves more layout and cutting than a straight plank floor, so allow extra material and a little more installation time. Cartons hold 20.03 sq ft of the 5" boards or 17.87 sq ft of the 6" boards, and accessories are a custom order, so leave time for those to arrive.
22FLOORING supplies and installs the Lucid Flooring herringbone collection across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
