Brindle is part of Fuzion's Dynamix XL 3DGE collection, and its sheet describes it as an engineered luxury vinyl plank. The layers are 1.8mm LVT, 5mm WPC and 1.5mm cork, and the cork on the bottom helps quiet footsteps in condos and upstairs bedrooms. The surface layer is 0.55mm (22mil) with an embossed in register finish and UV coating, and the edges are 3DGE painted bevels. Planks are 9" x 60" and 8 3/10mm thick. Brindle installs as a floating floor on, above or below grade, and hydronic radiant heat systems are suitable underneath. It is FloorScore certified, with a limited lifetime residential and structural warranty and 15-year heavy commercial coverage.
