Clam Shell Oak comes from the Waterfront laminate range by Fuzion. It is certified CARB II and FloorScore, and the water-resistant planks are rated for on, above or below grade, so it can run from a main-floor kitchen down to a finished basement. Each 12mm plank is 72 1/4" in length and 7 3/4" across, finished embossed in register and edged with a 4-sided painted bevel. AC4 is its abrasion rating, which covers heavy household traffic. It installs as a floated floor, and hydronic radiant heat underneath is fine. Warranty cover runs 30 years (limited) in homes and 15 years (limited) in light commercial use.
