Laurel carries an AC5 rating for heavy traffic and is backed by a limited 30-year residential warranty plus 15-year limited light commercial wear coverage. The finish is authentic emboss on a 50 7/10" by 7 1/2" plank, and it is CARB II and FloorScore certified.
