Its warranty tells you who it is built for: a limited lifetime structural warranty, 25-year residential wear coverage and 15-year limited heavy commercial wear, so it can take a busy family home. Structurally it is an engineered luxury vinyl plank, 5mm thick with a 20mil (0.5mm) surface layer. Each plank measures 9 1/4" by 59 1/4" and has bevelled edges and an embossed finish. Installation options are loose lay, glued down, perimeter glue and perimeter tape. You can put it on any level of the house, over hydronic radiant heat too, and it carries FloorScore certification.
