SmartDrop Elite + 9 by Fuzion
SmartDrop Elite + 9 is the widest SmartDrop plank at 9 1/4" x 59 1/4", with bevelled edges that outline each board. Bisque is embossed in register, and Buttermilk, Farro and Oatmeal have an embossed texture.
The planks are 5mm thick with a 20 mil (0.5mm) surface layer, heavy enough for family rooms, kitchens and homes with dogs. They go down in whichever way suits the room: loose lay, glued down, perimeter glue or perimeter tape. Loose lay keeps the floor removable, and a full glue-down gives the firmest result under heavy furniture. SmartDrop Elite + 9 is rated for on, above or below grade, so a basement is fine, and it is suitable for hydronic radiant heat. It is FloorScore certified, and the warranty is listed as limited lifetime structural.
