SmartDrop 7

SmartDrop 7 is Fuzion's 7" loose-lay vinyl plank, and with 14 styles it has the most colour choice in the SmartDrop range. Planks are 5mm thick and 48" long, with a 0.3mm (12 mil) surface layer, square edges and an embossed texture.

There are four ways to put it down: loose lay, fully glued, perimeter glue or perimeter tape. Loose lay suits a basement or rental unit where the floor may need to come up later, while a full glue-down is the better call in a busy kitchen. The 12 mil surface handles bedrooms, dens and moderate family traffic, with coverage listed as a limited 25-year residential wear and 10-year limited light commercial wear warranty. You can lay it at, above or below grade, including over hydronic radiant heat, and it carries FloorScore certification.

The 14 styles include Antler, Canvas, Coffee Bean, Driftwood and Harbor Grey. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SmartDrop 7 across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
