This engineered luxury vinyl plank from the SmartDrop Elite 9 collection by Fuzion measures 5mm thick, 9" wide and 60" long, and its embossed finish sits under a 0.5mm, or 20mil, surface layer. Silverpoint can be loose laid, fully glued, or secured with perimeter glue or tape. It is rated on, above or below grade, suits hydronic radiant heat and holds FloorScore certification, so bedrooms and basement suites are both good fits. Its wear warranty is 25 years residential, with a 15-year limited term for heavy commercial spaces and a limited lifetime structural warranty behind both. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silverpoint across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
