With a 15-year limited heavy commercial wear warranty on top of 25-year residential wear coverage, Thermite from Fuzion's SmartDrop Elite 7 collection is built for hard use, from family kitchens to shops and offices. It is an engineered luxury vinyl plank measuring 7" by 48" and 5mm thick. The 0.5mm (20mil) surface layer is embossed, and the edges are square. Thermite is held in place by one of four methods: loose lay, glued down, perimeter glue or perimeter tape. It is FloorScore certified, suits on, above or below grade, and works over hydronic radiant heating. The structure has a limited lifetime warranty, and each carton covers 23.35 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Thermite across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
