Product Specifications
Key West brings blonde, beige and natural colours to white oak in Grandeur's Sunshine collection. Start with the construction: an engineered board 3/4" thick, topped with a 4 mm white oak veneer, and suitable on, above or below grade. That makes it a real hardwood option for condos and finished basements. The texture is smoked and brushed, so the grain has depth and daily scuffs are harder to spot. Boards are 6" wide in random lengths and graded ABCD, meaning knots and natural character show through. Expect 18.41 square feet per box at 44.5 lbs. A 35 year limited residential warranty covers the floor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Key West across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
