Lawrence Park is an American oak floor in the Prestige collection from Grandeur, made in a 7-1/2" wide, 3/4" thick plank with random lengths. The colouring is listed as taupe, brown and reddish, and the brushed texture gives the grain some depth under foot. Its 3 mm veneer is a generous wear layer for an engineered board and leaves room for refinishing later on. Lawrence Park can be installed on, above or below grade, which includes basements and concrete slabs where solid hardwood is not recommended. Each box covers 23.32 sq ft and weighs 55 lbs, so most rooms take several cartons and a second pair of hands.
