Product Specifications
Many people assume hardwood cannot go in a basement, yet Sunnybrook from Grandeur's Prestige Collection is approved on, above or below grade. That is possible because it is engineered, with a 3 mm American Oak veneer on top of a more stable core rather than a single piece of solid wood. The colours are natural and beige, and the brushed surface gives the oak a light texture. Each random-length board is 7-1/2” wide. Its 3/4” thickness helps where the new floor meets existing hardwood in the rest of the house. Grandeur covers Sunnybrook with a 35 Year Residential limited warranty. Each box holds 23.32 sq ft, and a carton weighs 55 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sunnybrook across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
