Product Specifications
Rosedale lists three colours, natural, blonde and beige, on American Oak with a brushed texture. It belongs to Grandeur's Prestige Collection. The build is engineered: a 3 mm veneer of oak over a supporting base, 3/4” thick in total and 7-1/2” wide, supplied in random lengths. Wide boards like these suit larger rooms such as a dining room or great room. Before delivery, it helps to know the cartons are 76” long and weigh 55 lbs each, so clear a path through the entry and plan space for them to sit indoors before installation. Each box covers 23.32 sq ft. Rosedale is suitable on, above or below grade and carries a 35 Year Residential limited warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rosedale across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
