Forest Hill carries a 35 Year Residential limited warranty, a long commitment for a family floor. It is part of the Prestige Collection by Grandeur and uses American Oak, in colours listed as blonde and beige. The wear surface is a 3 mm veneer, the real wood layer of an engineered board. A brushed texture opens the grain slightly, so light marks in a busy front hall blend into the pattern. Boards are 3/4” thick and 7-1/2” wide, and lengths are random. You can use Forest Hill on, above or below grade, so the same oak can run from the main floor down to a finished basement.
