Lemaire Artistique Collection By Pravada Floors

Lemaire (2788-5364) is a wide-plank engineered floor from Pravada Floors' Artistique Collection. At 9.5 in (240 mm) across and up to 87 in long, the boards suit large living rooms where narrow strips would look busy. A 3 mm nominal European White Oak veneer tops a 7–9 ply core with precision tongue and groove, and the plank is 9/16 in thick overall. The surface is wire brushed and smoked with a UV oil / matte lacquer finish at 5–15% gloss, and the oak rates 1360 on the Janka scale. Lemaire can be stapled, floated or glued, suits radiant heat and is CARB2 compliant. A box holds 34.10 sq. ft., under a 35-year limited warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lemaire across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
