Lubec TFSPC705-F By Toucan

Lubec is a light, warm brown floor for bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, and because Toucan rates it 100% waterproof, it can carry on into the basement too. It is an SPC plank with a 20 mil wear layer and a surface finished in a real antique wood texture. Underneath, a 2 mm pad is attached, adding comfort and removing the need for separate underlay; overall thickness is 0.4 in. The planks are 48.04 in by 5.99 in and connect with a drop lock, so the floor floats rather than being glued or nailed. Nine pieces come in each box, covering 17.97 sq ft. Lubec includes a 30-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lubec across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
