Milan is an oak floor with an engineered construction, sold by NAF Floors@Work in the 18mm Eng. Oak Hardwood collection. Planks are 6.5″ wide and 18 mm thick, and they arrive in random lengths so no two rows end in the same place. A board of this width suits larger rooms, where narrow strips can look busy, and the layered build keeps it more stable than solid oak of the same size. It works in living rooms, home offices and hallways. Each box holds 19.18 sq ft of Milan, and 48 boxes make up a pallet, which is handy for a renovation that covers most of a house. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Milan across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
