Product Specifications
Sleek Oak is an engineered oak floor from Next Floor's Notting Hill Reserve collection, built from nine layers with an acacia core under a 3 mm sawn oak veneer. That layered build keeps the boards steadier through seasonal humidity swings than solid wood. The planks are 3/4″ (18 mm) thick and 7½″ (190 mm) wide, and over 50% of the floor area comes in 75″ boards, so long runs show fewer end joints. A wire brushed face, a bevel on all four sides and a low-lustre UV-cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide help it take daily wear in living rooms and hallways. It is FloorScore certified, with a 35-year residential wear warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sleek Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
