Product Specifications
Neutral Oak is a wide, long-board engineered floor in Next Floor's Notting Hill Reserve collection. Planks run 7½″ (190 mm) wide in random lengths up to 75″, and more than half the floor area is laid in full 75″ boards, which suits open-concept main floors. Under the 3 mm sawn oak veneer sit acacia core layers, nine layers in all, at 3/4″ nominal thickness. The finish is wire brushed and low lustre, sealed with UV-cured polyurethane and aluminum oxide. It is FloorScore certified and carries a lifetime structural warranty plus 35 years on residential wear. We can staple, nail, glue or float it, and floating is the option for oak colourways over hydronic heat. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Neutral Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
