Product Specifications
Wide planks change how a room reads, and Ochreleaf runs 9 1/4 inches across by 60 inches long, so there are fewer seams in an open living area. It is a dryback luxury vinyl from the Timberline collection, 2 1/2 mm thick with 20 mil of wear layer on top, set in pressure sensitive adhesive. That method holds up in rental units and busy households, and the warranty reflects it with 20-year limited heavy commercial cover on top of lifetime limited residential and structural. Each carton takes in 38.94 square feet. Fuzion approves the floor below grade for basements, but not over radiant heating. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Ochreleaf across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
