Palm Desert Foundation 2520 By Twelve Oaks

Installing Palm Desert is a glue-down job. The plank has dryback construction, so we prepare and level the subfloor, spread adhesive, and set each board into it. That approach suits rooms where a floating floor might shift, such as spaces with heavy furniture. Palm Desert is from the Foundation collection by Twelve Oaks and measures 1/8" thick, 7-3/8" wide and 48" long. Household traffic is taken care of by the 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer, while the planks have a micro V-bevelled edge. Keep indoor conditions between 18–27 °C and relative humidity at 35%–55% for the floor to perform as intended.
