At 3/8″ thick, Parasail (02022) is a slim engineered plank, which helps keep height differences small where it meets tile or vinyl at a doorway. It is part of Shaw Floors' St. Petersburg style, SA427, with a birch face veneer of 1.2 mm. Each board is 5″ wide, with lengths ranging from 13.8″ to 47.24″. The scraped surface has a UV aluminum oxide finish at 20% gloss and micro bevel edges, and colour variation is moderate. Radiant heat is supported. Parasail can go in on any grade, basements included, by nail, staple, glue or floating installation. Every carton holds 29.53 sq ft.
