Style 6018 in HydraLuxe's Adventure collection is a WPC plank: a 4.5 mm wood-plastic composite core of 70% vinyl and 30% calcium carbonate, backed with 1.5 mm of cork and topped with 1.8 mm of vinyl for 7.8 mm overall. The registered embossed surface follows an oak design, under a matte UV-cured acrylic top coat and a 0.55 mm wear layer. Planks measure 7.087″ by 48.031″, carry a 4-sided micro bevel, and click into a floating floor with Välinge 2G angle-to-angle locking. Sound ratings are IIC 72 and STC 69. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sandford across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
