Scotia #2355

Scotia (2355) belongs to the Seaside Nature line by PermaLuxe, a wood-design LVP made from virgin PVC. With a general commercial abrasion rating, it suits family homes as well as a small shop or office. Its 0.55 mm wear layer is protected by UV-cured polyurethane with ceramic bead technology. The finish is registered embossed in a matte gloss. Scotia is a dry back plank with no click joint, so it is glued down, and glue-down vinyl needs a flat, clean subfloor that we prepare before starting. Sound ratings are IIC 62 and STC 68, a useful detail for condos.
