About the collection
Seaside Nature by Beaulieu
Seaside Nature offers six colours named for seas and coasts: Alboran, Bering, Levantine, Lincoln, Oman and Scotia. Five of them have registered embossing, where the texture tracks the printed grain, and Levantine has a medium emboss.
This is PermaLuxe luxury vinyl with a dry back, so installation means spreading adhesive and setting each plank into it. The subfloor has to be levelled and cleaned beforehand, because glue-down vinyl shows any bumps underneath. The payoff is a thin, stable floor that does not move or open up at the joints. Planks are 3 mm thick and 187 mm across, made of virgin PVC.
The surface combines UV-cured polyurethane with ceramic bead technology for scratch resistance, in a mat sheen with a general commercial rating, so it handles pets, kids and hallway traffic. Micro bevels run along every edge, and the sound ratings are IIC 62 and STC 68. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Seaside Nature across Toronto and the GTA.
