Archipel

Archipel is part of the HydraLuxe Rigid line, an SPC vinyl plank collection. Every colour shares the same build: a 5 mm stone-composite core of 70% calcium carbonate and 30% vinyl, a 1.5 mm cork backing and a 0.5 mm wear layer, for a total thickness of 6.5 mm. The rigid core is waterproof, and the cork back helps with footstep noise, with an IIC rating of 73 and an STC rating of 72. That suits condos, upstairs bedrooms, kitchens and basements.

The planks are 8.976" wide with a registered embossed texture, a matte UV-cured polyurethane surface with ceramic beads, and painted bevels on all four sides. The surface is rated for general commercial use, so a busy household with kids and pets is well within its range. Planks lock together with a Välinge 5G drop lock system, and the designs are hickory and oak visuals.

The collection comes in 12 colours: Andamas, Antilles, Cape Hope, Comores, Copeland, Galapagos, Malay, Marshall, Marvin, Montebello, Rosario and Seychelles. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Archipel across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
