Grand Manor Collection

Beaulieu lists this collection as an engineered luxury vinyl with an SPC core made of 70% calcium carbonate and 30% virgin PVC. That rigid, waterproof build makes it a sensible choice for kitchens, basements and condos, and it is rated for above, on or below grade and compatible with radiant heat. Each plank is 8 mm thick overall, with a 6.5 mm core, a 1.5 mm cork backing and a 0.55 mm wear layer.

The planks are long and wide at 9.134" x 72.126" (232 mm x 1832 mm), which suits open living areas. The surface is registered embossed with a matte gloss level, and the finish is UV-cured polyurethane with ceramic bead technology, with abrasion resistance rated for general commercial use. Edges are pressed. The planks float on a Välinge 5G Drop Lock system, so there is no glue, and the cork backing helps quiet footsteps.

The collection comes in 12 colours: Antiqued Linen, Antiqued Parchment, Briarwood, Cathedral Grey, Cellar Brown, Chateau Gate, Cobble Terrace, Golden Estate, Heirloom Brown, Natural Putty, Stone Hearth and Vintage Canvas. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Grand Manor across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
