Aerial

Aerial is a PermaLuxe dry back vinyl plank, meaning it gets glued to the subfloor instead of clicking together. At just 2 mm thick, it adds almost no height, which helps where a thicker floor would rub on doors or force new transitions. Planks are 6 inches (152.4 mm) wide.

The body is virgin PVC with a 0.3 mm wear layer under UV-cured polyurethane in a mat sheen. Its heavy residential and light commercial abrasion rating covers kitchens, bedrooms and rental units. A glued floor will not shift under rolling chairs, but the subfloor needs to be flat and clean before the adhesive goes down, so prep is part of the job. Edges are micro-bevelled, and the texture varies by colour: most are medium embossed, Coromuel and Sarma are lightly embossed, and Notos has a handscraped surface.

There are 13 styles, including Diablo, Santa Lucia, Solano, Squamish and Zephyr. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Aerial across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
