Zephyr #2177

Zephyr is style 2177 in the Aerial collection by PermaLuxe, a wood design in luxury vinyl plank format. At 2 mm it is a thin, dry-back plank, so the subfloor underneath has to be smooth: any ridge or crumb will read through a floor this thin, and we clean and flatten before spreading adhesive. Boards are 6″ wide, 48″ long, embossed, mat in gloss, and micro bevelled on four sides. The plank is virgin PVC with a 0.3 mm wear layer under UV-cured polyurethane, rated for heavy residential and light commercial traffic. Each box carries 18 planks over 36 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Zephyr across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
